FEYCSA is a non-profit making company that was set up to promote social and work integration for disabled people.
We offer many fully customizable items that are hand crafted, but using the latest technological processes. The result is a wide range of set of items of the highest quality and variety of styles.

Terms and general conditions for dealers
The terms of collaboration between Labor Viva and professionals/dealers of the articles advertised in the product catalogue of laborviva.com are included in this document.
Terms of payment
After the order is sent and the design agreed on, the payment shall be as follows:
For orders under 300€ payment must be done in advance to the acceptance oftheproforma invoice and through bank transfer to FEYCSA account.

For orders over 250 units, 30% payment must be made in advance of the acceptance of the proforma invoice. The remaining amount must be paid within 30 days after invoice date.
The form of payment is direct debit payment within 30 days of the invoice date. The authorization for direct debits (SEPA, Single Euro Payments Area) must be submitted duly completed, stamped and signed with the acceptance of the proforma invoice, only with first time orders.
National and international transactions are guaranteed by the company CESCE (Compañía Española de Seguro de Crédito a la Exportación) of Credit Insurance. Ammounts apart from this payment coverage must be paid in advance through bank transfer to the above mentioned account.

Delivery method (Incoterms)
Delivery will be carried out through DAP (Deliverd at Place) for Europe and FOB (Free on Board) Puerto de España for other countries. The contracting partiesare subject to the interpretation of trade terms and international standards published by the International Chamber of Commerce(INCOTERMS2010).
Consequently, each party shall meet its obligations and costs, according to the interpretation of the rules that apply to either party, and under the rules INCOTERMS 2010 in connection with the transfer of risk.
